Problem

Management may interpret production HPP as sales HPP, while accounting/laba-rugi reflects inventory movement, sales timing, valuation, and finance entries.

My Role

Mapped the business process, clarified finance-operation gaps, structured reconciliation thinking, and translated the issue into owner-friendly explanation and dashboard logic.
